Sherpa: integrated information literacy sessions
The SHERPA program aims to guide students towards mastering information literacy skills within their academic studies.
It involves a partnership between a teacher, who takes charge of the pedagogical project, including research preparation, definition, and validation, and the libraries, who provide training in information literacy and ICT skills.
To achieve this, the libraries have a team of trainers (teaching assistants, graduates in the respective disciplines) who are responsible for delivering discipline-specific training in close collaboration with partnering professors. SHERPA projects exist in each faculty.
